History: I bought this RV from a gentleman who was retired military. He and his wife used it very little but it had been sitting for quite a while. I basically did a gut job on it except for the cabinets and installed everything new. Just as I was getting it ready to roll, I took a contract that was not in a location I could use it, so it sat again for a while. When I got to the point I could use it, I completed the upgrades and lived in it for a little over a year. I am now in a position that I will not be able to use it again for the foreseeable future and would like it to sell it to someone who can use it. It is very comfortable and if skirted it can be used year round. I had the screenroom on with a propane heater in it and was able to use it for a living room most of the winter. I purchased it for $12K, put a little over $15K in it and am asking $7,500. I am not looking to make money, so if I can’t use it I am hoping to find someone that can.
